This expertly blended mix contains a powerful combination of red chilli, turmeric, coriander, cumin, garlic, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and cloves.

How to Use

1. Sauté onions in oil/ghee.

2. Add beef pieces and cook with tomatoes/yogurt.

3. Add Shan Karachi Biryani Masala.

4. Prepare rice separately until 70% cooked.

5. Layer rice and beef masala (“Dum/Biryani layering”).

6. Steam on low heat for 10–15 minutes.

7. Serve hot with raita and salad.
