Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
 The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (BOSSER FOODs, Magdeburger Str. 71, 36037 Fulda, Germany, email: info@bosseronline.com) by sending a clear statement (e.g., email) declaring your intention to withdraw.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery methods you selected).
 We will issue the refund within 5 business days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return.

3. Returns

You must return the goods to us without delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
 You bear the cost of returning the goods.

4. Exclusions From the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Food items that may spoil quickly.

  • Sealed food products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once the seal has been broken.

  • Opened or damaged packages.

  • Items specially ordered for you (non-stock items) upon your request.

Unopened, long-life food items (e.g., rice, lentils, spices) can be returned within the 14-day period.
