1. Scope
 These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store https://bosseronline.com.
 Different terms by the customer will not be accepted unless expressly agreed to in writing.

3. Offer and Contract Conclusion
 The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
 By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.
 You will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send the shipping confirmation.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
 All prices are stated in Euro (€) and include statutory VAT.
 Shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during checkout.

5. Delivery
 Delivery is made only within Germany.
 Delivery time is usually 2–5 working days after payment is received.
 If a product is unavailable, you will be notified immediately.

6. Payment
 We offer the following payment methods (depending on the shop system):

  • Bank transfer (prepayment)

  • PayPal

  • Credit card (via payment provider)

The invoice amount is due immediately upon order.

7. Retention of Title
 The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Right of Withdrawal
 Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to our Return Policy.
 Food items that are perishable or not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened packages) are excluded from returns.

9. Liability
 We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
 For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
 In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages.

10. Dispute Resolution
 The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
 We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law
 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
