Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We currently ship within Germany and also offer local delivery within Fulda.

 


 

2. Delivery Methods

a) DPD (Standard National Shipping)

All nationwide shipments are currently handled exclusively by DPD.

b) Local Delivery in Fulda (Direct Delivery)

For customers located in Fulda, we offer direct delivery by our own team:

  • Orders placed earlier in the daysame-day delivery

  • Orders placed later in the daynext business day delivery

You will receive an email notification once your delivery is scheduled.

Note: Additional carriers (such as DHL) may be added in the future. Any updates will be announced on the website.

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • total order weight

  • package size

  • delivery method (DPD or Fulda local delivery)

If free shipping above a certain order value is offered, this will be clearly displayed on the website.

 


 

4. Delivery Times

  • DPD: 2–5 business days after payment

  • Local Delivery Fulda: same day or latest next business day (depending on order time)

 


 

5. Packaging & Product Protection

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport, especially:

  • glass containers

  • fragile food packaging

  • sensitive products

 


 

6. Failed Delivery

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to accept/collect, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

  • For local delivery, a new delivery attempt will be arranged if the first attempt fails.

 


 

7. Damaged Goods

Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours to:
