Shan Fish Fried Mix 50g is a traditional Pakistani seasoning blend made to prepare crispy, spicy fried fish at home with minimal effort. Known in desi kitchens as “fish fry masala”, “Lahori fish masala”, or “masala fried fish mix”, this spice blend gives your fish the perfect flavour, colour and crunch.

Simply marinate the fish with lemon, ginger-garlic and this masala, then shallow fry or deep fry. The coating becomes crispy while keeping the fish juicy and flavourful.
